We provide assistance in job seeking, choosing a career path and advancing your career plans both in Finnish and English. Our services include for example career coaching and workshop activities.

One-stop guiding services for employment and education – Vaikuttamo

If you need a career guidance, our employment specialists would support you in finding a job and provide you with advice and coaching on planning a new career, regardless of whether you are unemployed, employed or a student. We will tell you about the different options that can help you clarify your career choice or advance your employment.

At Vaikuttamo, you can also find the services of Ohjaamo intended for those under the age of 30.

Liito workshops in construction

People interested in the field of instruction can apply for a work try-out, after which the work can be accredited towards a degree.

The workshop in the fields of construction offers 16–29-year-olds the opportunity to complete a part of a degree and try out a job. Available fields: construction, surface finishing and industrial painting, interior design, property maintenance and gardening.

Vocational workshop café Cooperin kulma and Myllytie activity centre

The workshops provide services for Järvenpää residents, obligated employees, work try-out employees and students. The services are suitable for persons who wish to develop their skills in the field and for those seeking experience in order to find better employment in the open labour market. The workshop activities are also suitable for those who want to return into worklife.

In the professional workshop café you can familiarise yourself with kitchen, restaurant and catering tasks, such as cooking, dish maintenance, baking, cashier work, catering for meetings and customer service.

The workshop duties of the Myllytie activity centre primarily include meeting and guiding customers. You will get to know the tasks of a customer service employee and will learn how to organise and enable open and free activities.
